File Filter: support word-part search
Currently, one can filter the Files view by, e.g., "*.txt, *.php". What about searching for file name parts, e.g. "file man" to find SgFileManager.java?

Several of my daily applications are Sublime Text, Visual Studio with ReSharper, and Everything, where I'm very used to filter things by typing word parts. When I suddenly want to find something inside SmartGit I realized I couldn't filter files by simply typing the file extension. The customer support told me that I have to use "*.ext" to do that, which brings me the memory of Windows Explorer from pre-Vista era.
Will be implemented in 19.2 preview 1.
