Copy file name by Ctrl+Shift+C

arcadius 3 months ago updated by Thomas Singer 3 months ago 3

We copy full Commit / File name (with details) by Ctrl+C, and short Commit name by Ctrl+Shift+C.

Please realize copying short file name (i.e. filename only) by Ctrl+Shift+C.

Many shortcuts in SmartGit are window-specific. Look to Edit > Preferences > Keyboard shortcuts, some Commands are prefixed with Window name. The request is to support Ctrl+Shift+C not in the Graph window only, but in the Files window too.

Yes I want exactly that thing. Now it's impossible:

I think it should be default for SmartGit because there's a logic.

You already should be able to set a shortcut even if it duplicates another. You will get asked whether to unset or keep the other.
