Pull submodules too
During pulling the root repository, pull its submodules too, with their default pull settings.
Maybe, add checkbox "Pull all submodules with their default pull settings"

Please have a look into the repository settings. There you can find the option Always fetch new commits, tags and branches from submodules. Is that what you are searching for?
