Pull with regular intervals
If there is several repos that are dependent of each other it is easy to forget pull to keep all uptodate.
I suggest an option to turn on AutoPull for defined intervals per repository.
This way you can be sure to always have the latest

Pulling means merging/rebasing and this may result in conflicts. Are you sure you want this? There is already an option to fetch "favorite" repositories in background.
Well, if there is a conflict it should automatically stash my changes or display a dialog about the conflict depending on preferences.
