Ok - I didn't (but should have) realized this dialog corresponds directly to 'git clean' so I see the issue. So I would change my suggestion to:

* (Radio Button) - Remove all untracked items

* (Radio Button) - Remove only ignored items

* (Checkbox) - Include untracked directories
