GitSmart still does not scale dynamically as I would like

adding the ability like many modern applications of using `+` and  `-` to scale the interface

per above issues having:

`using windows application scaling does not work as smartgit does not act the same way other applications work. If I scale the system prefs to a viable size every application UI but smartgit is too large`

I want to have more than 2 options. so using a multiplier would solve the issue. I can set SmartGit scaling to my satisfaction.
