I'm using 23.1.3. Everything else seems to be running on the Windows on Arm machine. It's just the Scrollbars that look ugly.

I'm currently porting my own software to Windows on Arm, that's why I'm testing a lot. This is one of the very few issues I've found yet under all the programs the I've tested. The emulation works great, however of course, native compiled programs work faster and more efficiently.
