Because it adds no value for me specifically, and I often mishit that combination when copying & pasting, typically after pasting some text then hitting space too quickly. Not a huge disruption or anything, just one I'd like to remove if possible, as it tends to happen at least a few times a week. It seemed odd that so many things can be customized, rebound or toggled, but that one cannot.
