Log graph: show the commiter email on the tooltip when hovering the committer name
If I would like to know the commiter email, while browsing the git history, I have to select the option `Show Full Author With Email`:
But this option takes too much space as explained for big commiter names on:

Then, instead of having to use the option `Show Full Author With Email` to know the commiter email, I should be able to see it just by hovering the commit name. Then, the commiter email would show up with his full name on the showed tooltip:

When selecting the commit, you can click the name in the Details view to open the email client (or right-click to copy the email address).
Will be fixed in 14051+.
