In 24.1 in the Standard Window you will only see PR's where you are either Assignee or Reviewer - If I understand you

correctly you would also want it for Log Window?

Maybe you have a look in Standard Window (Window/Show Standard Window)

I just did a test based on: https://github.com/danielsiegl/CommitFilterTest

And I can reproduce that this is working with 23.1.x and  with 24.1.x  - but you need to select "Message" only.
