Did you try Compare with Working Tree from the context menu of a commit's file?
Since some SmartGit versions it is possible to cherry-pick individual files from a commit. And even longer there is a Compare with Working Tree feature. Both are available in the context menu of commit files.
Double-click to open the File compare. There you can find the same current lines at the bottom. Alternatively, the Unified mode shows more line content - as you already have found out.
It is about both LFS attributes. Please see the screenshots:
Did you already set the low-level property pull.queryRemoteLfsLocks to true and pulled?
Please give SmartGit 22.1 preview #19170 a try. For the Log and Working Tree window there is a new LFS table column while the Standard window shows the LFS info at the right side of the Working tree's Files view.
Most likely Oct 2022.
Please try SmartGit 22.1 preview.
Do I understand it correctly, that you already have the focus in the left or right side of the changes view? What exactly should happen if you show the file in Unified view? What exactly should happen if this line is hidden?
